Unable to change settings under authentication after 16.01.2 update

Question

Trying to add local user or change services settings results in instant 
 logout on applying save button. Changes are not applied. 
 XG135 recent update from 16.01.1 to 16.01.2 
 Is this a known issue? How do I fix it?

 Did you try with another browser? Reboot the appliance? Restart the web interface using console option?

Different browser solved problem. Firefox failed. Safari worked.
