Using XG as spam filter and email encryption for Office 365

Hello Everybody,

I have an XG210, with FullGuard licence. Is it posible to redirect my MX records to the public IP (WAN) of the XG, check spam and then redirected to office 365 cloud based email server? Also, I want to add the SPX capabilities of the XG.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Jose

  • Hi Jose, I just wanted to follow up with this and see if you got this working?  I'm toying with the idea of switch our filter over to the XG and we use Office 365.  What I can't figure out is you can't add a fqdn host in the route to or in the relay settings.  I can resolve the IP off the Office 365 server based on pinging our MX record, but just wonder if that ever changes?  I can't imagine we have a dedicated server for our O365 instance.  Anyway, any info you have on that would be great.  Also if you have any issue or anything doing it this way.

    Thanks
