You can add what you want as text inside it. It is up to Administrators and should be shared with Company Policy.

in my case i have a text with about 3500 characters. It is too much for the limitation of 1024 characters.

I know it is up to the Administrators to define the text. But i would like to know what other Administrators define the text when it is limited to 1024 characters.

Its really disappointing that you posted this years ago, and still the limit is 1024 on my new pair of XG's.  Our TOS was way more than 1024 as well.  I'm creating a full customization based on the templates you can download.  Probably what you've done by now, but if anyone else out there sees this maybe it will help.  You can replace the <?terms?> section of the template with the HTML version of your own TOS.  I'm still working on a few things, but testing seems to show it working for me.
