Let's Encrypt CA not recognized any more after update

Hello everyone, 

I'm facing an issue with my Let's Encrypt certificates respectively its authority.
I'm Using the XG135Appliance with firmware version SFOS 16.01.2
With the old version 15.01MR-3 everything was working fine but since the update i get "the red x" on my Let's Encrypt certificates.

I uploaded my certificate and the corresponding CA without any errors but the CA isn't recognized.
By "mouse over" the red x i only get "Expected Issuer":

The CA is there and should be right (with 15.01 MR3 it worked)

Without the green check mark i can't use the certificate as appliance cert., so it would nice to get this working again.
What can i do?
Anyone the same problem?

    try with another browser and see if the problem still exists. Also make sure to upload first the CA and then the Certificate.

    thanks for your reply.
    I removed my certificates and uploaded the CA and then the certificates.
    I also tried another browser, but the problem still exists

    i saw your post and checked this before i opened this thread.
    I don't get an error here and in my case i'm able to upload the CA as you can see in my screenshot.
    The CA upload works fine, i only get the red x shown at my certificates.

    I can confirm this is a new issue with latest firmware.  It's not related to the prior issue found in the forums.  That was fixed and now it's broken again.  I've removed the CA but now I can't add it back. 

    Wonder how long it'll take Sophos to fix this.

    If you are starting with PFX and CER files, start at Step A. If you have PEM files, skip to Step C. I'm using openssl-0.9.8 as Administrator .

     

    A) Extract private key from PFX file.

    openssl pkcs12 -in  myfile.pfx -nocerts -out privatekey.pem -nodes

     

    B) Convert CER file to PEM file.

    openssl x509 -inform der -in certificate.cer -out certificate.pem

     

    C) Create a full chain certificate file. Use notepad++ for this step.

    Open certificate.pem from Step B (or the certificate PEM file you have). Below YOUR CERTIFICATE we will append two more certificates, do not leave blank lines between END and BEGIN. They are the Let's Encrypt Authority (https://letsencrypt.org/certs/letsencryptauthorityx3.pem.txt) certificate and the DST Root Cert (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pear2/pear2.php.net/master/vendor/data/pear2.php.net/PEAR2_Pyrus/x509rootcerts/DSTRootCAX3). Save the certificate.

    D) Combine your privatekey.pem, certificate.pem, and letsencryptauthorityx3.pem (download at link above, remove .TXT extension) into a PFX file that we will upload to the XG appliance.

    Enter Export Password:
    Verifying - Enter Export Password: Your Super Secret Passphrase


    E) Upload only letsencryptauthorityx3.pem (you do not need to upload a key file) to the Certificate Authorities tab in the Certificates section. I had the certificate already uploaded, and yet I still got the red x "Expected Issuer" error.


    F) Upload your XGcertificate.pfx to the appliance.
