RE : QQ Messenger Received an Error when receiving videos sent from Client

 Hi to All,

 

Good day. I would like to address an issue with my SOPHOS Firewall XG 310. Recently everything is working fine, but in the QQ Messenger we encountered an error from one of our clients in China. They were trying to send a video thru QQ Messenger but when it reached our network it showed unknown error. So I tried to trace the error encountered in the log and found out that the error in the system logs was also unknown. I created a Firewall Policy Application Filter for QQ Messenger. We tested sending files it is wokring, we also tried to send video it is working. But if the video sent is from China it is unknown error.

Can anyone from this forum assist me regarding this matter.

Any Help will be greatly appreciated.
