 Hı I mıgrated Cyberoam to Sophos 16.01.2 ı have many problem

 

1-) Whatsapp application IOS and Android in logviwer see ULTRASURF PROXY

2-) Not working all web site HTTP HTTPS Websocket

3-) Skype Application not working only HTTPS bypas IPADDRESS categorie

4-) Sophos Support very Slow working 

5-)

    1. It is a know bug

    2. what error do you get? Please report a website example and configuration

    3. Did you allow skype through Application filter? Is micro-app scanning enabled?

    4. Support is very slow...When did you open the ticket?

    You should open one ticket per single issue.
