Traffic Shaping with WAN load balancing

Hi,

 

I have 3 WAN Connections combined (WAN Link Load Balance).

Runs perfect and speedtest dot net shows me the complete (added) bandwith of my connections.

How can I add traffic shaping so that there is 10% of every line is reserved?

Example: 100 MBit/s for every Line. Added to 300 MBit/s.

When limiting to 270 MBit/s then it my occur that line 1 and 2 is full with 100 MBit/s and line 3 is used by 70%

But I want 90% per line max.

Is there a way to do this?
