Cyberoam to Sophos Migration Error

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have a CR100iNG 1.6.4 MR-1 Cyberoam (With an active subscription) that i wish to migrate into Sophos OS. 
 When in Cyberoam Customer portal, I choose the registered Device and choose to Upgrade. When i click on "Continue to Upgrade", i got this error (Provider returned Error) :

 Of course you will need to update first to v15, apply the proper patches and then move to v16.
