Good day! I am new to this forum. I would like to ask assistance since I am new to SOPHOS FIREWALL configuration. I created Application Filter to allow QQ Messenger to send and received messages and File Transfers.
The problem I am encountering is that when the client outside the firewall makes a screenshot and sends it to our agent behind SOPHOS FIREWALL the image is broken. But when I place my agent outside the SOPHOS FIREWALL he can receive the incoming attached screenshots.
Can anyone help me regarding this matter.
