Windows 10 Home authenticate user to protect children

Ich möchte meine Kinder im Internet beschützen. Zusätzlich sollen die Kinder nur begrenz zugriff auf Internet inhalte erhalten und auch nur bestimmte Anzahl von Stunden surfen dürfen. In meinem Netzwerk befinden sich mehrere Laptops mit Windows 10 und Android Smartphones. Jedes Gerät hat seine feste / eigene IP. Ich besitze kein Active Directroy. Wie müssen die Benutzer korrekt angelegt werden? Kann ich einen normalen Benutzer anlegen und die IP + MAC Adresse an diesen Benutzer binden?
Oder wie wird es am besten gemacht?

Da ich kein AD habe, kann ich mich auch nicht gegen die XG Authentifizieren.

    You can create firewall rules per ip addresses or per users. In case of network devices create a network rule where you add network object your ip devices....the other options is to create clientless users inside authentication menu and bind each one to IP address and then create firewall rule where match know users is checked and you add the proper clientless users.

    thanks for your answer. If i create clientless user i am not able to apply Surfing Quota policy and Access Time policy. So the only way is to create a rule based by ip adress. And what about Surfing Quota policy and Access Time policy?

    For clientless users this is a know limitation. You can create users inside authentication menu and then install client agent for computers and mobile and create only policy where users are allowed to surf. Client authentication agent can be downloaded from XG itself (inside authentication menu) while for mobile you can download it (network agent) from iTunes or google play.
