Why is my Sophos XG virtual Appliance not registered on Hyper-V

Hi,

I am trying to install virtual applience on Hyper-V in my company.

I create a vm and attached two vhd files from the installer.

It boots with two virtual ethernet , one is Local LAN , other is WAN.

I changed the LAN IP according to my Local ip block , I set WAN IP to another IP block which have an internet connection.

I can login to console and ping both 8.8.8.8 and google.com without problem.

That was easy :)

But when i connect  to web ui  https://x.x.x.x:4444 , i got registration page which is asking serial number.

I enter the serial number and , hit submit button , i got below error;

Check that you have entered the correct details and try again. If these steps do not resolve your issue, please contact customercare@sophos.com, quoting your serial number.

I thought the serial number is wrong ; I checked the invoice ,there says 

SF SW/Virtual FullGuard with Enhanced Support - UP TO 4 CORES & 6GB RAM - 12 MOS

and copied the key from there and paste to the form.

I tried to register it from the console ,without luck.

Am I doing wrong something, how do i register to my virtual appliance.

Another question , I could not a way to set pppoe connection on WAN port , is there a way to set it up?
