Enabling OTP

Question

Hi All, 
 Maybe this is a simple thing but I need some help. After I enabled OTP and configured it with the Sophos Autenticator on my phone, I tried to login into the user portal but the user portal says "Login Failed". If I disable OTP I can login fine. What is it I am doing wrong/don't understand. 
 I use Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition R16.

After enable OTP, the password will be set as "your password" + "OTP password". 
 Try it~

Ok that worked really well! I did not expect OTP to work like that and I find this a very strange and confusing design. But thank you for the solution!

 This is to be changed. Enabling otp will impact even client authentication. There is a my thread where Sophos explained that this is the normal behavior and they will change it ( I hope soon). Thanks
