It seems that your HD is 15 GB only. Is it correct?

I am not about but I think that XG requires more than 15 GB of HD. Try to use another HD (larger) and let us know.

It Would require recommended space of 80 GB , As for minimum requirement 20GB for installation ,but in you network when you consider logging and Reporting then 80 GB should be considered..

Saying that CPU and ram are enough is not easy. It depends on how many users and what features you will enable. XG home license supports up to 4 cores and 6 gb of ram.
