HA mac address

Question

Hi I need to find out what the HA floating MAC address are, is there a way I find this out from the GUI?

Alexander, 
 XG uses a Virtual Mac Address which is owned by the primary device because it responds to ARP request. 
 You should be able to find virtual mac-address using a tcpdump or ifconfig on the advanced shell. You should see another mac-address that does not belong to physical NIC.

Hi Alexander, 
 There is a preconfigured list for vMAC assignment during the HA process. This list is located in /etc/ha_maclist and total 49 MAC addresses are available.

FYI : 
 1> if you are having multiple HA pairs with-in same broadcast domain, then there is a probability that a pair may negotiate same vMAC that is same as vMAC negotiated by other pair. So you are required to change the vMAC that is negotiated. Otherwise, you will have ARP issues. 
 2> To change the vMAC manually, change the MAC address of each connected interface under network >interfaces>advanced.
