IPs and/or URLs to bypass Skype for Business Online available here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Office-365-URLs-and-IP-address-ranges-8548a211-3fe7-47cb-abb1-355ea5aa88a2)
As long as Web Exceptions didn't work for me I've to create another bypass rule and copy & paste the IPs as below.

Skype for Business started to work properly.

Skype for Business has not been an issue if you exlcude a few of the domain names "lync.com" for example. The issue we raised is for Skype Desktop edition - they work completely differently so that is a separate issue.

Possible but I didn't checked. Any suggested workaround for Dropbox, Google Drive, Citrix GoToMeeting / GoToWebinar or Windows 10 Store App? Any idea when the NC-14551 is going to be fixed?

Does this also break Skype for Business from working? We cannot get any external contact to be able to share our screen or send images.
