Hi Visakh,

You just need to enable the HTTPS scanning in the FW-rule which forwards the client traffic to internet generally, the LAN-WAN rule. Later, you will need to import the appliance CA into the trusted root certificate on each of the client systems. Check the link here.

HTTPS scanning I was already Enabled but there was a miss configuration on web filter while creating web filter policy there was one option to Block HTTPS traffic.   

Now I sort out the solution for that
