How do I delete manually Queued mail in the Mail Spool?

    Harim,

    thank you. change "stop" to debug and check the /var/tslog/awarrenmta.log using tail -f or cat.

    Even reboot the appliance, does not help?

    type the following command: service awarrenmta:debug -dsnosyn

    and check if you see the queue inside the log.

    Harim shared the connection and stopping both awarren services did not help. We were able to find the email inside other folders than /var/tslog but deleting that files did not help.

    There should be a way to stop the proper service and delete the queued mail in some way. Also you should allow Admins to delete queued mail from GUi and configure Timeout connection in case the SMTP fails to connect to remote SMTP.
