can't install Firewall OS Software ISO for Intel Hardware on existing UTM 110/120 appliance

Hi, I used Rufus to create a bootable usb. No matter whether I choose MBR, GPT, both gives me errors "failed getting iso disk, press Y to reboot." 
 Anyone experienced this? I'm using UTM 110/120 appliance. I also downloaded 3 ISO files just to be sure my iso isn't currupted. 
 I just tried the same usb on another Intel Hardware PC, same thing happened. Failed getting iso disk. What could be wrong? Turns out, it may not be the old appliance.

Hello 
 Could you please let me know which OS you have downloaded (XG or UTM). 
 If you have downloaded XG, then the preferred method to transfer ISO to the usb stick is to use Win32DiskImager. 
 Please try creating the disk with Win32DiskImager and share your results. 
 Also, please check into BIOS if USB disk is selected as a boot option.
