FTP in PASV mode can't list directories

Hi,

We have configured a virtual sophos SFOS 16.01.1 with VMWARE. It's configured in Transparency mode for hosting webserver. All it's working correctly, but user cannot access their FTP server in Passive mode. Active mode is working correctly.

We changed the following:

set advanced-firewall ftpbounce-prevention data

But it's not working.

Any idea??

Firewall DROP the incoming PASV mode connection from the client.

Michael,

ca you create a proper Policy Rule from LAN to WAN (FTP server) where FTP scan is disabled and see if it works?

Don't work, FTP scan is already disabled on the rule

Don't work, since the FTP server is in Transparency bridge mode with no NAT
