We haven't observed this type issue. I have reported bug for issue & reference JIRA ticket: NCCC-4242.

Please email me (ravi.b.patel@sophos.com) SFM admin login credential with GUI/SSH access & if you have any SFOS devices in HA mode then please provide auxiliary SF device admin login credential with GUI/SSH access.

Hi Ravi,

We have the exact same problem.  I just updated our appliance to 15.01.0 MR-4 and the issue still persists.

Has there been any updates on this?

Issue will be covered in upcoming SFM v16 Release. I will update you once firmware has been release with the fix.
