Internet Access Via Captive Portal

Dear Sophos support Team                            Good day

 

I need to open ticket to solve our problem :  

 

  • Now all user in connected with DC and disable windows firewall but sometimes (some user can't access internet automatically must be connected   Via Captive Portal

 

I need to solve and finish this problem  ( we need to access automatically ) .

 

I hope to understanding this problem and solve it.

    We're not sure what you're asking.  Can you insert a picture?  Is this a question about the 'Hotspot' option?

    This is a user-to-user assembly with occasional participation by some Sophos employees - this is not the place to open a ticket with Sophos Support.  The quickest way to open a ticket is through your reseller or via https://myutm.sophos.com/.
