WAN IP alias Port access problem

Hi;

I have 2 IP address on my WAN port. One of them is port 2 main IP address (exp.212.212.212.2) other one is WAN alias IP address (exp.212.212.212.3).

Also I have 2  exchange server each external IP address and VLANS on LAN network.

 

This Exchange server working well outside but they aren't send and receive mail each other.

 

Exchange-1 ping Exchange-2 from external IP and also Exchange-2 ping Exchange-1 external IP. 

But when I telnet port 587 from each exchange server I can not access.

I guess I need a rule with the WAN alias.
