Ability to add two WAN Port IPs with different Gateway's not in the same network

Under Network > Zone, create a new zone named "VoiP" (for example) and then under Interface TAB configure 2 new Physical Interfaces with the required IP and assign the Port 2 to LAN zone and pport 3 to zone created in the previous step.

Make sure to configure the proper Firewall rule to allow the traffic from LAN and VoiP zones.

Thank you I have that part worked out. The issue I am stuggling with is the Port WAN has two WAN IP's requiring 2 NAT's one to each the VOIP Network and LAN network.

So your ISP has 2 different IPs on the same interface, right? You should install a switch between the fibre and the XG and use 2 WAN port on the XG, one for Internet and one for VoIP.
