3G Dongle/ Data Card setup on XG115 UTM

Hello Everyone.

Now we are using the XG115 product on our company. I want to load balancing internet using the data card. We have already configure the wired internet connection to the xg115 firewall. But if any problem comes from wired network we want start the internet access from the data card. How we do this?

Give me the suggestion or guide me to step by step procedure.

    Hi Anil,

    Take SSH to XG and go to option 4. Device console. Execute,

    console> system wwan enable

    Now, plug in the dongle and go to the WWAN interface found in system> network>interfaces>WWAN.

    Click on show recommended configurations and load them, it will automatically fetch the required settings. Save the interface.

    Go to system> network> Wan link manager and click on the Dongle WAN object. Set it to backup gateway and select automatic failover. Edit the failover rule to work to ping 8.8.8.8. PFA screenshot.
