what is your configuration of Captive Portal under Authentication > Services > Last Section ?

Are you allowing only authenticated users from LAN to WAN policY?

This configuration is for the public wlan of the customer. Because of that no user authentication. The Printscreens are here:

The configs are default. I don't change anything. I only tested that shortly.

Inside the Captive Portal set the "unauthenticated users redirection " to NO.

Blockeg pages will be displayed.

Also make sure that a proper rule to allow DNS traffic is allowed from Public to WAN before this rule (if public zone uses external DNS server).

This works for my. But why? This is completly illogical! We don't use the captive portal and we don't use user authentication. It works no also when I make the change undo. I'm confused.
