WWAN Backup Gateway is still broken on the Dashboard.

Hi,

I have upgraded my SFOS to v16 and I'm still seeing this annoying bug. WWAN backup interface in disconnected state is marked as failed and overall Interfaces status is "Yellow". Why is it still there ?

This is so simple to fix... Just ignore down status of "backup" gateways which will be activated automatically on main Gateway failure.
