Hi Jose,
Compatibility for SFOS V16 Build 16.01.1.202 in SFMv15 will be release by end of October-2016.
Once the compatibility has been released, User can push SFOS V16 new feature configuration though SFM/CFMv15 from device level only. User is not able to push configuration of new feature of SFOS v16 though SFM/CFMv15 from Group level.

Hi Roman,
Currently there is no way to see in a nice and quick way that particular release is GA or not. 16.01.4 MR3 is a special release which release to 16.01.3 MR2 customers only and only via MySophos.
Please upgrade your XG device to latest SFOS release firmware version 16.05.2.160.

Please answer customer query.
Hi Huber. SFM v16 is already available as v16 RC-1. We will be releasing SFM v16.5 going forward.
Please let me know if you are looking for any specific functionalities.
The problem is that support requires you to be on the latest version, yet SFM doesnt support the latest versions. SFM updates should be released AT THE SAME TIME as the XG OS updates. Every update seems to render our SFM uselss, and when you manage many XG devices, it becomes a huge issue.
Hi Jonathan. The compatibility of the new SFOS release to support it in SFM is generally done on the same day. SFOS 16.05 MR-4 is supported on SFM. One can use SFM to manage the XG box with 16.05 MR-4, and also upgrade firmware of SFOS boxes to MR-4. One can apply templates to the SFOS v16.05 MR-4 devices, but cannot create a template from new SFOS v16.05 release.
That's the issue. Without the ability to import a template, its useless for us. I suppose if a customer has SFM from day 1, it may not be an issue, but for some of us, that isnt the case. To be able to import all existing hosts, groups, policies, etc is critical in order for SFM to be worth the effort, otherwise Im duplicating work for myself, by recreating every single item.
