Sophos Partner Portal - Devices & Licenses

Hello All

 

I'm a Cyberoam resseler and I changing to Sophos now. But there was a problem in my Sophos Partner Portal. When I go to the Partner Portal (http://partnerportal.sophos.com/), I click on Devices & Licenses and there is no Devices. 

I need to see my devices here to start using SCFM, but I don't know how to put our XG 85 at this portal.

I have to put all my Cyberoam's devices here too. I have about a 200 Cyberoam Devices. 

 

I hope someone could help me.

    contact your Sophos's Sales Representative. They will help you to find out what is the issue. Inside your Partner Portal under Devices & Licenses there is a Claim Devices Button but call your Sophos Representative before doing that.

    Thank you for your reply. I'm from Brazil and I trying to solve this problem with our Sophos Sales Representative, our Country Manager, and other persons from Sophos and Distributors with no success. 

    I've already tryied to Claim Devices with no success too. 

     

    Is there something more to do?

     

  • Strange Roggia. This is an issue with the portal and something that only Sales can fix. This is a community used for Technical Issues (sorry). I had few times issue on new Portal and my Account Manager was able to fix it in few days.
