Theon,
you can use Network Traffic Quota and limit download/upload for 1 TB. Network traffic quota is applied per user/groups. Inside the XG create a Group, insert all the users and apply the network traffic quota. For devices that cannot authenticate (printer, AP, etc...) you can use clientless users.
Once the traffic quota is reached, no more traffic is allowed.

Hi Theon,
Additionally you can throttle connections so that the total traffic that can be consumed over a month period can be spread out by throttling. Or you can throttle everything else using traffic shaping to a lower value.
on an average of 30 days, you could throttle your internet connection to 30mbps and if you were constantly downloading at that speed you'd sit just under the total maximum. Or throttle some services/apps lower and some higher as with the XG you can throttle individual applications. For instance Netflix requires 2.3mbps for a non buffered 1080p stream and you could throttle this per source. Additionally if you wanted HTTP downloads to run at 20mbps which is a fairly decent speed for downloading you can do so :)
The XG has a lot of very powerful shaping and throttling capabilities built into it!
Especially when my wife is downloading a huge WoW update and kills my connection, one hop skip and a jump later and she has 10% of the internet connection :P

I finally got this setup but having issues with setting the groups.
Here is what i have inside my network.
Iphone's IOS 10 - Wifi only
Mac Book Pro OSX -Wifi only
Windows 7 - Wifi and wired
One printer ( No Internet access)
2 -Xbox One
1 - PS3
I would like to be able to identify each device with a user if possible, so that i can see who is using the most data each month. I also need to make sure that my devices do not get blocked at the max limit of 1tb. Also need to know how to set up a rule so that the xbox'x can connect to xbox live with an open connection but still adhere to the traffic limit.
I know firewalls but not this one. Any help with instructions or links to documentation that will help.
Thanks
