SPX - Count and Custom CCL's - Super Frustrating

Ok, I can't seem to win with these firewalls.

I have an SG230 running in 1 office I manage and am fairly happy that I can consolidate several pieces of software/hardware into just one box.  However, I find a few things disheartening:

1.  The SG230 SPX has quite a few CCL policies set at a count of 10.  I need these to trigger after finding the data 1 time, not 10.  Support says this can't be changed.
2.  A custom expression to automatically encrypt any attachment would be nice, also not available according to support.

Mainly I'm trying to replicate what our current email encryption product (Symantec Email Gateway) does so I can convince my supervisor this product will work as a replacement.

I also have an XG135w installed at another location and just upgraded to the v16 OS after hearing the great new that they finally brought back the SMTP sending functionality.  However, once I took a look at the new OS, it turns out to be missing any import or custom expression setup for CCL's.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
