Problems SSL pop3 scaning with extern email provider in germany 1und1

Hello Everybody,

I have my E-Mail adresse by the german webprovider 1und1. I use outlook to fetch emails. 1und1 uses ssl pop3 port 995. I installed the sophos CA Root Certificate about "mmc" in Windows 10 as root certificate. When I test my outlook configuration about outlook´s test button its´all ok.

Sometimes ist all OK, outlook will fetch all emails. Then for a couple of day´s I get a timeout an no emails will be fetched. Wenn I switch pop3 ssl scanning of my emails will be fetched by 1und1 normaly. Can someone help me to solve this problem.

    yes, it also works for me. Great.

    After firmware 16.05 upgrade and configuration migration, I had strange certificate principal name problems on my email clients,

    even so the referenced email TLS certificate "SecurityAppliance_SSL_CA" was imported in their trust store.

    I am not quite sure but it seems that a save of menu Email / General Settings made it working again.
