Can't access admin and User Portal from SSL and L2TP VPN

Hello, i am testing the XG Firewall for my home use.

Finished setting L2TP and SSL VPN for remote access, i can access all my LAN like NAS/Homelab except the XG Firewall itself.

When i established the vpn connect with L2TP/SSL, ping to any device is ok except the XG Appliance.

I have a NAS/Homelab, ip 192.168.10.217/218, it's ok.

But when i ping the XG Appliance addressed 192.168.10.50, it say Request Timeout. Also cannot access the admin portal or user portal.

So i cannot change any configures through VPN if i am outside.

If in the LAN network, i can access them both.

What's the problem?

i created the policy VPN to LAN allow all, add the IP Host 192.168.10.0/24 and even 192.168.10.50(the XG Appliance address) to Remote Access Tunnel Access.
