UTM SG450 seems to lose Internet connection with users

We have the SG450 migrated to XG Firewall software, users began randomly to lose internet connection and have different error messages. Like those I'm attach here. Is it possible to tell me how to solve this big problem, because it is really frustrating that my SG450 works worse than a simple Linux proxy. Just in case my network uses a domain controller for authentication. Thank you for your help.

    HI FabricioAranda,

    Sorry to hear the issue you are facing , Could you please Direct Message  the logs for the following awarrenhttp_access.log and Awarrenhttp.log from Log Directory in Shell Access . Also mention the system host address along with the time the issue occurred so we may analyze these logs , 

    To retrive the logs from the Shell go to Console Option 5 > 3

    type the command  :- 1. cat /log/awarrenhttp.log

    2. cat /log/awarrenhttp_access.log

    You may also Log a Service request for the same and also Message me the service request number for the same .
