Issues with VLAN traffic through VPN

Hello,

I have two XG devices. One at the HQ and one at a warehouse. There is an IPsec VPN that routes traffic in our main subnet (255.255.248.0) fine. I created a separate VPN just for our phone system. Phones aren't connecting. There is dead air when one site tries calling another. I can ping the phone server at their respective sites, but can't ping remotely to the other server.

HQ Phone VLAN50
192.168.1.100
192.168.1.1
255.255.255.0

Warehouse Phones VLAN30
192.168.2.100
192.168.2.1
255.255.255.0

Firewall User/Network rules at both sites:
Source: VPN, Any, Any
Destination: LAN, Any

Source: LAN, Any, Any, Any
Destination: VPN, Any

I've also tried just doing a firewall rule that allows an IP Host (HQ network) to another IP Host (warehouse network) without any other restrictions.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
