Unable to forward port

Hi, I have read the guides and searched the forums, but it's still unclear for me.

I want all external traffic on port 8081 to be forwarded to 192.168.1.150:80

I have added a Network rule with the following settings:

Source

Zone: WAN

Networks; Any

Services: from TCP 8081 to 80

Schedule: All The Time

Destination

Zone: LAN

Networks: (alias for 192.168.1.150)

Log Traffic = On

Other settings remain unchanged

Identity = Off

Action = Accept

Routing = Off

No malware scanning

No policies for applications

Security Hearbeat = Off

When I try to access my external IP on port 8081  or run nmap on it it seems blocked (0 hosts up). Internally I can reach 192.168.1.150:80 just fine.

p.s. can anyone explain to me more clearly what the difference is between a Network Rule and a Business Application Rule? I read the guide on it, but I still don't understand what the difference is and when to choose Business Application Rule.
