Sophos XG when I restart the box internet not working

Hi,

Im facing a problem with my Sophos XG 430 UTM I have 2 working as primary and auxiliary and the hart beat service enabled, the problem is when restart the box all the users disconnected from the internet when you access any websites it showing like looking for the DNS its not resolving at all so I have to restart the second box to get the internet back, so anyone have any idea about this issue.

    Just a Quick Question When using the XG , Do you use XG appliance as a Proxy / Gateway or Bridge  ?

    Do you use XG appliance as a Proxy / Gateway or Bridge  ?

    Are you using Active_Active Mode or Active-Passive Mode. ?

    When you turn the first appliance off , How long do you need to wait till you resume a connection ?

    Did you try to initiate a new session when the Primary appliance restarts/shutdown. ?

    How many users are there in your network along with the Model number  ?
