WhatsAPP web bar-code not loading in Chrome browser

I am having the same problem, i have created a special rule for whatsapp, and disabled the app filter and no web policty is applied, also i have added

^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.com\.?/

to skip https decryption 

but it still can't load the QR code !! i have checked the packet capture, and the active rules, nothing is denied, everything is green

Any ideas ?
