In AD I have a separate group/OU for Managers and separate group for staff users.I have imported groups successfully on XG referring https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123158 . Under Authentication Services --we have set default group as --Domain Users.
The imported user 's in XG under Managers Group are automatically migrated to default group --Domain Users. We have to delete the user's and change the default group (from Domain Users to Managers Group) under auth services and re-authenticate user's from XG's user portal. We have CAA installed on the systems.
Unable to understand how resolve this issue. It's really frustrating.
Even reordering the groups didn't worked, referred to the link - https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/124/t/80216#pi394filter=all&pi394scroll=false
Please suggest a permanent solution.
