Routed Subnet Question

Forgive this NOOB question, but my WAN skills are not what they should be.  The ISP has provided me a routed subnet whereby the WAN ip is x.x.x.2 and the gateway is x.x.x.1 with a /30 netmask.  I configured a 0.0.0.0 static route to x.x.x.1, and traffic flows freely.

The ISP has also assigned me with a public block of y.y.y.81/248 which I would like to use to expose internal devices (specifically a phone system).  I am assuming that I assign one of the IP addresses to the DMZ port, for example and place the phone system in the dmz.  How do I, though, get that public IP to route, as it is in the same layer 2 network as the WAN, but in a different layer 3 network. I have looked at the other posts here, and really am still lost.

I would appreciate any help.
