Hi there, I have been a Watchguard XTM partner for a long time and I wanted to give Sophos a chance since the SG has such a good reputation and also want to test drive the Heartbeat feature on the latest models. I purchased a XG85 to create a lab and right from the get go I'm having issues with the interface.
I have so many issues that I'm having second thoughts about moving to Sophos. As much as like the neat interface, the hardware specs and some very nice features. Functionality and easy to configure is king for our business.
Quick example: Create an RDP policy - RDP takes advantage of UDP for a better user experience.
WG XTM: No problem, you can add both protocols during the policy creation with one click
Sophos: A radio button to choose either TCP or UDP... not nice!!!
Where is the right place to submit these annoying and unnecessary hurdles to Sophos engineers?
