Failed to read SAA_CA.pem

Question

Hi, please help, I can not download a certificate "Download the Client Authentication CA for the MSI package." error: "Failed to read SAA_CA.pem" How to fix?

 Could you please check if the Default Certificate is configured under Objects > Identity >Certificate >Authority , If it's ISO image then it would automatically be updated when activated and registered with our servers. But if a Hardware appliance you may need to configure a Default Certificate Authority.
