Comprehensive Customer reports?

I was referenced to the Executive report and it does provide some good information for us.

However, when exporting the report it becomes this convoluted mess. The information is there but I do not think the average person would understand.

Is there a way to export client friendly reports? Something we can show our clients?

I need this type of information:

  1. I need to now what each page of this report refers to.

  2. Are there other reports with more bells and whistle such as graphs and comparisons?

  3. Do any these items need to create ticket for NOC to look into?

  4. Can we get report on uptime

    1. VPN

    2. Router

  5. Is there repot for bandwidth usage?
