I am facing strange issue and i can find any logs or any problem in the network that can cause this issue .i am facing this issue in both V 15 and V 16 beta
the problem is sometimes Sophos XG deny any traffic coming from LAN to WAN . i cant ping WAN or access WAN from LAN devices . but Sophos XG still can ping and access WAN without any issue .
i tried so many commands with no luck . i removed all rules and allow from any to any for any services without using any app rules , or any restriction , no IPS . no flood control . nothing . and still this issue happen from time to time . and fix only by rebooting sophos .
seteup is simple . lan and wan . please note that it is not a problem of dhcp or dns . i cant even ping the sophos LAN . and after reboot Sophos XG every thing come to normal .
can any one tell me how to debug this in more deep way . there are nothing in logs .
