  • HI Mehmet ,

First, you would need to check which Rule your Traffic traversing through, Kindly follow the Guide Provided by Sachin and Follow Step 1,4. There you would need to check via Packet Capture and as host you may add your Host address along with the port 443. Eg host <LAN_IP> and port 443.  Try to open Youtube through HTTPS and check the Rule ID  the traffic is traversing through .

Check the policies applied on that rule such as Application/web filter . Once the name of the policy is known then you may have a Look at your LOG Viewer and also filter you host/Username to check which sites is allowed and Denied .  It would show the category it belongs to . Before proceeding further Check for both Application and Web filter .

If you wish to allow a single URL or couple of them , you would need to Create a Custom Web category and add in the same Web policy applied on the Firewall rule or User's policy and allow it .

For application policy, you would need to allow the Signature name shown in the Application Filter logs in LOG Viewer which would show "Denied " if its Denied for Streaming Media.

Note: The URL added in the custom category would have higher Priority than the Default category and would overite locally.

    Thanks and Regards
