New Sophos XG setup

Hi community!

New to Sophos XG and trying to setup my network. I want to monitor Web Usage per user and per service (e.g. How much data from User1 on Spotify streaming)

The network will be used by User1 and User2. User1 owns a laptop, User2 owns a smartphone, and there is also a shared computer.

I want User1's laptop to be auto logged-in without requesting authentication and all traffic charged to User1. Same for the User2 for his smartphone. But, on the shared computer, I want login to be requied so I know who user is using it and charge the traffic on its account. 

I have created users and bind their MACs but no live users are shown and Web Usage is charged to N/A. 

Could anyone help me to setup the above?

    For making it easier, I just want to deny unauthenticated traffic for some IPs, and only if a user uses a client (Windows or Android) and his username/password to be able to browse the net, so I can see him as a "Live user" and know his traffic per web application.
