I can't seem to figure out how to correct this error. The Connection status on my sophpos XG has shown error (red) since I initially configured it. I would love to know how to rectify the problem so that the status is not always red. Here is a picture to show you what I am referring to.
I have a simple home network configuration, basically LAN to WAN.
