Web traffic based on URL not working also users not getting populated in XG-135

Hi Kumar,

Post a screenshot of configured web policy and the firewall rule where you defined it. Please refer #1 in the guide. 

Also, we have an unwritten rule about one question per thread. It makes it easy for other members to find a solution easily. You can search out for related KBA available on the internet which can help you reach a solution.

What are trying to achieve here? Are you trying to block all the web contents except the URLS mentioned in the "L T online resource" ? In that case, you must define the "L T Allowed Sites" policy to default action as Block.

Yes I am trying to block all the web contents except the URLS mentioned in the "L T online resource". I will delete the "L T Allowed Sites" web filter policy and configure it with default Block.

Meanwhile I am struggling to get users populated in XG from my ADS, should I create a separate thread for this query?

I have tried the link & got  the domain admin authenticated- https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/124/t/10879#pi394filter=all&pi394scroll=false

But users are not getting populated in SF device.
