Need to restrict WAN port to 50Mbs up and down according to our ISP

Hi - we have been told we have to restrict our WAN port to 50Mbs up and down according to our ISP in order to obtain the best performance.   Currently running an XG 85W with the latest firmware available. 

1) is this possible?

2) Is there any guide on how to do this?
