Unable to setup Microsoft Lync voice & video behind the XG-135 UTM (end user)

Take SSH to XG and go to option 4. Device Console.

Execute the command, drop-packet-capture host x.x.x.x, what does this reflect? Please post the logs if anything is dropped form Lync.

Hi Sachin,

The problem related to Lync seems to be solved now. I think the root cause was app filter. Once we rectified the app filter rule. The Lync is working fine now.
