SMRD Service

I just logged into my Sophos 430 XG and have a warning about the SMRD Service being stopped....I went into System Diagnostics Services but don't see anything that represents that service to start it...

Any suggestions?

Hi Joseph,

Do you still see the SMRD service stopped? I need to check this with the developers.

Yes...still have no idea what that service is. Nor has support. Many tickets open for XG v15 mr3

I log in and it brings me to the Network Security Control Center. On the left it says "System" In that box is the Services Icon...I click on it and it brings me to that screenshot.
